The people have been asking for this! We are delighted to reveal the FOWA 2025 Review podcast produced by Sean Eckford, our board vice-president and resident podcaster. This fantastic episode features highlights from all four days of the festival, providing excerpts and insights from all 21 events. Even though we experienced a stormy opening night and a record-breaking rainfall on Friday, nothing could dampen the spirits of the talented authors who shone on stage, and the audiences who lined up to see them. Thank you to everyone who came to the 42nd annual Festival of the Written Arts! It was a wonderful event and we were thrilled to welcome attendees from as near as Sechelt and as far away as Manchester, England! Even the thunder and lightning storm held off until the very end, and the rain barely dampened our spirits. We thank the funders, donors, presenting partner sponsors and event sponsors who made this year’s festival possible. Please visit this page to find out who they are. We also send our gratitude to the hard-working production team, the staff of Talewind Books, and the 100+ volunteers who gave so much of their time and skills.
